This South facing villa is located on Cuesta San Antonio, North of Javea and facing due South, over-looking the Bay of Javea. We therefore receive the sun all day. In 2009 we installed a heat pump to heat the pool from May to October giving you a comfortable temperature which we hope will be 27/8C. Our pool is for families, hence the shallow end is not 6' deep like some. The depth varies fron 0.8 to 1.6m. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance and hundreds of others from which to choose with prices from 90 pence for breakfast to £7 for a 3-course dinner!

Location
If you are looking for a villa with noisy night-time revellers passing by or to be in the centre of the hustle and bustle - then our villa is NOT for you. If, on the other hand, you appreciate tranquility and are looking for a villa that is not on an urbanisation or big housing estate, then this IS the villa for you! The steps make it probably un-suitable for invalids.

Relax by the pool
The view towards the south-east shows Peñon de Ifach at Calpe on the horizon.
There is a storeroom by the private pool in which guests may leave suitcases; items are available for use in the pool - float, ball etc. - and additional table and chairs for pool-side use.
Private Balcony
You can enjoy all this, and our beautiful sunsets over the Sierre Bernia mountain range from the convenience of your own balcony at Finca Inca. If you happen to ne here during the town's fiestas, you will have the ideal location from which to see the fantastic firework dispaly on 8 September.
Restaurants
There are literally hundres of restaurants in Javea ranging from gourmet to a three-course meal for £7 including wine! It just isn't worth cooking! |
