Further Information
This quiet beach is lapped by crystal waters that teem with fish. Near the shore it is sandy but as you swim out there are reed beds and the snorkelling is magnificent. The beach is relatively safe for children as it does not shelve steeply or have big breakers. Also it is never crowded so it is easy to keep an eye on them as they play.
This hillside forms a tiny hamlet without any facilities. To reach the village is a 50 minute walk along the beach, this is not strenuous although there are a couple of small promontories to climb over and in high season a bar along the way to stop at for refreshment. Alternatively a 5 minute car journey will bring you to the village centre.
