During the process of renovating these beautiful buildings, dating from the turn of the 19th century, we made a conscious effort to retain all the natural Perigordian features such as ancient Oak beams and local stone so as to offer accommodation which a great deal of individual character.
Many people do not realise that the Dordogne is one of the world's largest producer of Walnuts, which are a common ingredient in Perigordian cuisine.
