Les Carroz in the Grand Massif of the French Alps is a traditional alpine village, one of the 5 linked resorts that make up the Grand Massif ( Flaine, Samoens, Morrillon and Sixt being the other 4) there is an abundance of high quality skiing and snowboarding right on your doorstep with 265 km of pistes on offer making this area the 3rd largest resort in France and some of the best high altitude skiing and snowboarding in Europe.
The skiing is varied and offers excellent skiing and snowboarding for all abilities.
For summer or winter holidays in the French Alps then Les Carroz is an ideal location being easy to access from international airports at Geneva, Lyon or Chambery or by road via the A40 and train which stops at Cluses.
Les Carroz benefits from its prime location, just 45 minutes from Geneva and 30 minutes from Chamonix. The beautiful town of Annecy with its wonderful lake is only 40 minutes away, which is a great place to visit. If you fancy going to Italy then a day trip can be taken through the Mont Blanc tunnel to Italy.
