Confirmed reservation will only be valid upon receiving payment. Payment can be effected by credit card, cheque, or money transfer in Maltese Liri or Euros. All credit card payments carry a 5% charge added to the total amount payable. Any changes in the number of persons booked may be subject to extra charges. The property is to be used for holiday accommodation only for the number of persons specified in your reservation and not for any commercial activity, party or disco. Failure to abide by these terms may lead to immediate cancellation of your stay and may be asked by the owner to leave the property immediately without any right to claim a refund. The enjoyment of this property entails certain responsibilities on your part. The owner may inspect the property during daytime. You will be informed beforehand so as not to cause any inconvenience. During your stay please ensure to manage and use this property with the proper care and attention as you would in your own home. LOSS OR DAMAGE- Negligence, misuse, losses or damages incurred to the property, appliances or its contents, accidental or not, will be noted and subject to payment. Cancellations and refunds. Cancellation of bookings prior to eight weeks before arrival date will lose only the deposit. When cancellation is made up to four weeks prior to arrival date the deposit plus one fourth of the remaining balance is lost, whilst if a cancellation occurs in the last four weeks prior to arrival date, the deposit and half the remaining balance is lost. Check in at the villa is 17.00 hrs. Check out is 10.00. ( check in and out times can be modified depending upon previous and next guests )

Villa Phantasia has accomodation for up to 8 adults. A large hall welcomes the guests. Large lounge with fireplace and a lounge that turns into a double bed. Main Bedrom with en-suite dressing room, ensuite bathroom, T.V., Mini Bar, A/C, and terrace with views. Two other double bedrooms both with A/C. Fully fitted kitchen/dining room with all the neccessary equipment, Fridge, freezer, electric oven, electric hob, microwave, kettles toaster, etc. A/C, T.V., DVD, and stove. Main bathroom, separate shower room, utility room with washing machine, mini dishwasher, iron, and ironing board, Large sun room leading to a massive pool with separate jacuzzi. Ample deck area with barbecue, open shower, gazebo, and an outdoor Finnish Sauna onlarge terrace. A fully equipped games room with full size snooker table, pool table, table tennis, dart board, and small gym, plus a childrens play area with swings, seesaw, slide, etc.

Beautiful villa. The location is central to all we needed. The buses are really inexpensive and easy to use. Mr. Zammit an excellent host. The villa was clean and a real pleasure to stay in. All we needed for a beautiful holiday. We would definitely want to come back.
