Villa Adelia benefits from a central but quiet location in a residential area within walking distance of the picturesque harbour town of Lagos. There is also a gorgeous sandy beach with beach bar and restaurant just a 15 minute walk away.
The villa stands on its own mature plot which is well fenced and hedged. The pool measures 8x4m and has an adjacent paved sunbathing and picnic area with plenty of sunbeds.
There is a built in brick barbecue and a separate landscaped area of garden. To the side of the property, external stairs give alternative access to the large upstairs patio and two of the bedrooms. There is a single car port and off road parking for a further car.
The Western Algarve is still recognised as the unspoilt, quieter region of the Algarve. The area offers something for everyone year round: a selection of challenging and scenic golf courses; numerous beaches ranging from long stretches of golden sand to small secluded coves; scenic mountain walks through olive groves; as well as watersports, boat trips, dolphin watching and all the attractions and activities found in the lively and cosmopolitan harbour town of Lagos, the historic centre of which is just 1.5km away |
