The one and two bedroomed apartments are surrounded by countryside but only a five minute drive from the stretch of golden sand at Meia Praia beach and from the shops, restaurants, marina and night life in historic Lagos.

Prices are for up to 16 people in five apartments.
Changeover day is Saturday from June to September but flexible at other times.
Add 10% for Easter, Christmas and New Year weeks.
Check in time is 3pm, check out 10am.
A weekly maid service is included for stays of more than one week.
Towels and linen are provided although guests should bring their own beach/pool towels.
A complimentary welcome pack of groceries is provided on arrival.
Car hire is recommended - please enquire for rates from our local company.
Utility costs in winter are not included. Pool heating from 1 Nov to 31 Mar is not included and can be requested for an extra charge.

The accommodation at Quinta Bavaria consists of a large two bedroomed upstairs apartment (Vivenda Geminada), two ground floor apartments each with two bedrooms (Cacto and Novo), an upstairs one bedroomed apartment (Boa Vista) and a ground floor one bedroomed apartment (Colina). Each unit overlooks the gardens, has a private entrance, a fully equipped kitchen, twin beds, living/dining room with sofa bed, heating for winter, ceiling fans in all bedrooms, own barbecue, satellite TV and DVD player. Please enquire for our own website which has detailed descriptions and photos of all the apartments.
Inside the gates, the house is approached by a long gravel driveway lined with trees, at the end of which there is plenty of parking space. The land is well fenced and hedged and the property is surrounded by mature gardens and colourful flower boxes with a large area of lawn and a gorgeous palm tree towards which all the apartments face. Beyond a rockery boasting some enormous cacti is the orchard which contains a variety of trees including oranges, lemons, grapefruit, walnuts, pomegranate, plums and more. These are offered complimentary to all guests, as are home grown vegetables , when in season.
The heated pool (10 x 5m, max depth 1.8m) is surrounded by both terraced and grassed sunbathing areas with sun umbrellas, chairs and comfortable sun loungers from which to relax and enjoy the unspoilt views towards the Monchique hills. There is also a shaded picnic area next to the pool which is ideal for outdoor dining.
The apartments are ideal for individual bookings or for groups of up to 16 people. The layout makes it perfect for families wanting to holiday together, offering private facilities yet maintaining the space and comfort of individual accommodation. Golf club getaways, family reunions and even wedding parties are all welcome at Quinta Bavaria.
The resident English owners, Colin and Sue, keep a sixth apartment for themselves. They are on hand if needed, but all the facilities are for the sole use of guests.
