Villa is tastefully furnished with patio doors from lounge and air conditioned bedroom opening onto a traditional covered patio for outdoor dining. Salt water swimming pool (10m x 5m) with sundeck, sun-loungers, umbrellas, pool towels and barbecue area.
Whilst separate and private, two of the four villa cottages have adjoining patios and are ideal for two families or groups who like to holiday together. All four cottages can be rented together.
The lounge has 2 large sofas, satellite television, coffee table and ceiling fan.
The kitchenette is fitted with fridge/freezer, two plate electric stove, microwave grill, (cottage 4 has a full size oven), electric kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery. Dining area has a table and 4 chairs.
The air conditoned bedroom has twin beds, a double wardrobe, dressing table, hairdryer, safe and ceiling fan.
The tiled bathroom has a full size bath with shower, (cottage 4 has a spacious step in shower - no bath), toilet and wash hand basin.
Linen is changed weekly and fresh towels are provided mid week. A laundry area, housing two washing machines is available for personal use. A small supermarket is nearby and ideal for daily fresh bread, vegetables and wine.

Change over day is flexible.
We require a £100 breakage/damage deposit which will be refunded to you after your departure.
A 30% deposit on booking will be required, balance payable 6 weeks prior to the beginning of your holiday.
