Les Alizés is situated in Cerro Grande, a prestigious residential area on the western side of Albufeira. It is close to the new Albufeira Marina, opened in 2004.
Known as the "St. Tropez" of the Algarve, Albufeira is one of the main tourist spots in Portugal. The beach is considered to be one of the best in the region. Famed for its nightlife, the town has plenty of bars, restaurants and discos, including English and Irish pubs.
Whilst Les Alizés is within easy reach of all the attractions of the resort, its location on a quiet hillside provides a peaceful escape from the bustle of the town for those looking for rest and relaxation.
There is a supermarket, bar and pub/restaurant within 5 minutes' walk of the villa. Albufeira Beach and the Old Town, with its picturesque cobbled streets are within 10 minutes' walk. Theme parks and water parks (e.g. Zoomarine and Aqualand) are a 15 minute drive/taxi away. Algarve Shopping (130 shops, cafés, ten-pin bowling and cinemas) is also 15 minutes' away. Salgados golf course is 15 minutes' drive away; the courses at Vilamoura are 20 minutes' away. There is a very efficient, reasonably-priced taxi service in Albufeira, so car hire is not essential unless you wish to explore further afield.

** An additional supplement of £25 (€35) per week is charged November - February which is offset against above-average consumption of electricity, based on meter readings at the start and end of your holiday. Depending on your consumption, all or part of the supplement may be refunded at the end of your stay.
A non-returnable deposit of 30% is required to secure your reservation. The balance is payable six weeks before the start of your holiday. Payment in full at the time of booking is required for holidays booked at less than 6 weeks' notice.

Bedrooms: 1 with double bed + ensuite bathroom. 2 with twin beds. All are fully carpeted and have large fitted wardrobes, ample storage and wall heaters. The double bedroom has air-conditioning.
Bathrooms: Large ensuite with bath/shower, wc, bidet, large basin, makeup mirror, water heater and storage. Second bathroom with bath/shower, wc, large basin, makeup mirror. Separate wc with handbasin and small storage unit.
Outside: SW facing garden with flowerbeds, small lawn and patio. Dining table + 6 chairs. 2 sunbeds. Small rear courtyard with washing lines, built-in seating (shaded in afternoon). Large roof terrace with covered dining area for 6 people. Barbecue + basin. 4 sun beds.
