Little Petherick is 2 miles outside Padstow. School Cottage is at the top of the hill on the Padstow side. There are lots of foot paths around the cottage and you can walk to Padstow along the Camel estuary. It is a very quick drive to the nearest supermarket Tesco in Padstow and the access to all the lovely beaches in the area could not be easier.

All lets Saturday to Saturday. Prices include bed linen and all Gas & Electricity.
Short lets available from November to March, 3 nights + @ £80 per night.
*Central heating is an additional £16 per week from 1 October to 31 March £12.00 for a short let.
All lets are from 3pm Saturday to 10am Saturday. A deposit of 25% is required when booking. The balance is payable no later than 56 days (8 weeks) before commencement of let.
Please send a stamped addressed envelope with your booking form and final payment should you require receipts. Linen and tea towels are supplied, guests are asked to supply their own towels. You can book a cleaner for your departure day for an additional £25 (payable at time of booking). Deposits will be forfeited should you cancel your booking, unless a suitable alternative let can be found.

Round and about. Just over two miles from School Cottage lies the picturesque medieval fishing port of Padstow. The unspoilt town has many pubs and restaurants nestled in it warren of narrow streets and alleys, including Rick Stein’s famous ‘Seafood Restaurant’.
There is a cinema and many attractions including sailing, tennis, horse riding, deep sea fishing, speed boat rides, bicycle hire and wind surfing. The golden sands of Harlyn bay are close by and this beach is one of the safest for children. There are also 6 other bays within a 5 mile radius. The golf club at Trevose head has three courses, a championship 18, a short and a long 9 hole course. The numerous cliff walks and panoramic views around this area are truly magnificent. |
