The price guide is for the villa rental per week, not per person. Part weeks will be charged per night.
This includes Electricity, Water, Air-conditioning, Cable TV, plus clean bed linen and towels.
Minimum stay 5 nights. Stays of less than 7 nights will incur a cleaning charge of £50
Pool heat (if required) £15 per day.
Cot/Crib, Stroller/Pushchair, Highchair and Gas BBQ are provided at no extra cost.
Initial Deposit £100 per week.
Refundable Security Deposit £200 payable with final Balance.
Balance of payment is due 10 weeks prior to start of holiday.

Let our dream home be a part of your dream holiday, our luxurious villa is situated on the prestigious Countryside at Tuscan Ridge community, comprised of executive vacation and residential homes, a peaceful oasis bordered by natural woodland.
The villa is the ultimate in luxury, sleeping a maximum of 8 people; it also benefits from occupying a corner location. Ideally situated to allow easy access to the main attractions of the central Florida area. The ideal location to return to, where you can relax around the pool and chill out after indulging yourselves in the pleasures of Central Florida’s attractions.
The villa has been professionally furnished and equipped throughout, with many luxury features. The accommodation is fully air-conditioned and comprises two master bedroom suites with Queen size beds, two twin-bedded rooms a third bathroom with bath and shower over, a large family room, a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast nook, formal dining room, living room, games room and laundry room. There are hair dryers in each bathroom, all bedrooms have cable TV, ceiling fans and walk in closets, all linen (including towels) are provided. The family room has cable TV with DVD / CD player /Tuner, a selection of films and CDs are available for your enjoyment. The living room also has cable TV, and a PS 2 Play station and games. A telephone provides for all Local, Long distance and International calls free of charge.
The kitchen is fitted with a full sized cooker, microwave, and large capacity fridge freezer with icemaker, dishwasher and waste disposal unit. Other appliances include coffee maker, blender, toaster, electric kettle etc. All cooking and dining utensils are provided. The laundry room has a large capacity washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board are also provided.
The Games room is equipped with an 8 foot slate bed Professional Pool table, Air hockey and Foosball.
To the rear there’s a covered patio and a heated pool and Jacuzzi, they have underwater lighting and are surrounded by extensive decking, that is South west facing to capture the day long sunshine and those magnificent Floridian sunsets. The pool area is equipped with luxury padded poolside furniture, you can choose either to bathe in the sun or retreat to the welcoming shade of the Lanai with its cooling ceiling fans, the choice is yours. The pool area is fully screened to let the sunshine in, but keeps unwanted bugs out; enjoy the thrill of moonlit bathing in your own illuminated pool.
Minutes from Highway 192 with its Restaurants, Shops, Supermarkets, and many other attractions. Close by the I-4 Highway, provides easy access to all Airports, and the Atlantic and Gulf Coast beaches, Kennedy Space Centre and Busch Gardens.
Disney and other spectacular theme parks and attractions are only minutes away. If you are a golfing enthusiast you will that think this is paradise, there are numerous courses in the vicinity just minutes from the villa, including the Greg Norman designed course at Championsgate. |
