A non-refundable booking deposit of £150/$240 for each week booked is required.
The balance (plus refundable Security Deposit of £200/$320) is payable no less than 10 weeks prior to rental start date.
Optional pool heat - £70/$120 per week. Recommended from October through to April.
We accept rental stays of less than a week - daily rate on request. However a cleaning surcharge of £45/$80 is applicable. Minimum Stay - 2 nights.

“The Reserve at Town Center” is an exclusive, gated community of only 96 homes, each with its own private pool. From the minute that you drive through the impressive entrance gates, the quiet, palm-tree lined streets, well maintained gardens and brightly coloured houses create a feeling of peace and tranquillity.
The community was purposely built in a rural wildlife beauty spot, with properties either backing on to a lake or an area of woodland conservation. Yet, Town Center is ideally located only 5 minutes from Exit 58 off Interstate 4. The entrance to Disney is a 10 minute drive away, Sea World is a 15 minute drive, and Highway 192 with its vast array of shops and restaurants is just 9 minutes.
The new Champions Gate Resort Complex offering two Greg Norman designed golf courses, a large Publix supermarket to cater for all your needs, plus a MacDonalds, Chilli's restaurant, Walgreens Pharmacy, 7-Eleven, Subway sandwich shop, bank, hairdresser, nail salon and liquor store is a 3 minute drive from the community.
There are an abundance of golf courses within a 30 minute drive of the villa, which will suit golfers at all levels of competence. Please just ask for more information if you are a golfer!
