This apartment is only a 10 min drive from Fuengirola where you will find many shops and restaurants to suit all. On Tuesdays there is a very busy market selling everything and a car boot market every Saturday.
Further up into the mountains you will find the village of Mijas, which has many white washed houses built into the rock, lots of shops and restaurants, and the famous donkey taxi's.
Marbella and Puerto Banus is about 25 mins drive away, or you can catch the bus from Fuengirola.
Other places to visit are.
Malaga (30 mins drive) where you will find beautiful parks and gardens, the new Picasso Museum and a fascinating food market.
Granada (1.45 mins drive) is a beautiful city with the Alhambra Palace, and near by ski resoet of Sierra Nevada.
Sevilla (3 hours drive) with its beautiful Architecture.
Gibralter (1.30 mins drive) where you can spend your English pounds, and take the cable car up the rock and see the apes. (don't forget to take your passports)
If you do not want to hire a car, then most of these trips can be arranged by picking up a local paper called the Town Crier and booking with the tours.

When making a booking a deposit of 25% is payable, the balance paid in full 12 weeks before your holiday, if you should cancel your booking, there would be no deposit refund, if you have paid in full then we will try to re-book your weeks, if we can then we will refund your money less any expenses we incur.

This apartment is in a small and friendly complex, with 5 bars/restaurants & a supermarket.
There is no need for a hire car, as buses stop either side of the road and up behind the supermarket is the Fuengirola toMalaga railway station.
In the town of Fuengirola, you will find many shops, bars/restaurants to keep you busy when you are not relaxing by the pool or on the beach.
The apartment is good for people with children also as there is a lift in the apartment block.
