The new luxurious furnished villa (450 m² living area and 1600 m² ray-grass and fruit trees garden) is situated in very quiet villa area called 'Trakata'. The villa is approx. 500 m distant from the Black Sea beach, 3 km from Varna (350.000 inhabitants), 3 km from the St. Konstantin resort and approx. 12 km from Golden Sands. Almost all rooms look to south and east side (to the sea).

* Breakfast could be served on request for 5 € per person and day. Additional touristic governement tax is 1€ per day per person. It has to be paid by arriving in Varna. Deposit for ev. damages is 300€. It will be returned in case that there are no damages, or broken things.
Additional costs for cleaning 50€ per week.
Kids up to 8 years old travelling with at least one parent are free of charge (breakfast) if the parent/s has/have ordered breakfast.

Luxury villa HolidayVarna with 450 m² living area and 1600 m² garden ray grass and fruit trees is located in the villa area Trakata distant 500 meters from the Black Sea coast.
Almost all rooms are looking south - east and with nice sea view.
The villa is at quiet area, but not far from Varna (10 min. by bus)
From the large balconies you can enjoy the fantastic sea and city view.
The rooms are very large most of them with large balconies to the sea e.g. living room is 70m², dining room approx. 35m², all bedrooms are between 15-30m². All rooms are with air condition. The sauna is suitable for 8-10 people.
There is a very nice fish restaurant 200m away from the villa. Own tennis court close to the house will be open July 2005.
The ray-grass garden and the fruit trees (apples, plums, pears, peaches, figs) will contributes to have more pleasure in your holiday. |
