A non refundable deposit of £100 is required at the time of booking. The balance of the rental to be made 8 weeks before departure. A security deposit of £100 is required with the final payment and will be refunded following a satisfactory inspection of the property upon departure. Laundry and clean is an extra cost of 90 euros per booking.( bed linen / towels ) Long term out of season lets can be considered - prices upon application. Welcome pack included for all clients.

Our new spacious duplex apartment is furnished to a very high standard and is ideally situated a 5 minute stroll from the beautiful sandy beach and the restaurants of the Arenal.

Javea is a paradise for golfers with 3 courses nearly which come highly recommended. The resorts of Denia, Moraira & Calpe are all within easy access and the beautiful historic village of Guadalest set in the mountains is a place not to be missed along with the "waterfalls of Algar".
The area can be accessed from Alicante, Valencia or Murcia airports all within 1 1/2 hours drive.
