The villa is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views (see below for details), a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
We are situated within a 10 minute drive from the world famous Puerto Banús Marina with its bevy of beautiful boats ranging from high speed offshore boats and yachts to luxurious cruisers owned by the likes of Michael Douglas and King Fahed of Saudi Arabia.
