Bookings require a 25% deposit payment. The balance to be paid within 28 days of the holiday starting date.
Up to 3 dogs can be accepted in Pond House @ £20 per dog per week.
A 10% discount is applied for 2 weeks booked together and if the adjoining Pond Cottage is booked at the same time.
Only the individuals named on the booking form will be allowed to occupy the property.
Towels can be supplied for an additional charge of £2 per person per week.

| Pond House is situated in an ideal location for a quiet holiday experience. The Preseli Hills and North Pembrokeshire coast gives visitors a wide choice of activities from hill walking, bird watching, fishing, beach holidays, adventure pursuits such as canoeing, sailing, quad bikes, climbing. There are several family theme parks and local market towns with good shopping facilities and farmers markets. Prices range from £253 in the low season to £624 in the high season. Short breaks of 3or 4 days available outside the peak holiday season. Small parties of 2 people only occupying the house have a reduced rate from November 2008 to March 2009 (excluding the peak holiday season).
