We're in the perfect location, only 8 minutes from Disney World and just 1 mile from the Champions Gate Golfing complex designed by Greg Norman. In fact Disney is so close that you can come back to the villa for lunch or for an afternoon swim and then return later fully refreshed.
Orlando’s other attractions are just minutes away. Just minutes from Bridgewater Crossing is the new Reunion Resort. This is the ultimate Resort, where you can stay and play in the neighbourhood ambiance of small-town America. Bridgewater Crossing is just twenty minutes from Seaworld, Discovery Cove and Universal Studios. The villa boasts easy access to HWY 192 and I4 which means easy access for shopping at the Florida Mall and Belz Outlets, just twenty minutes away, whilst world class restaurants, banks, shopping centres and a post office can all be found less than 5 minutes away. There is also a 24-hour supermarket within 2 minutes.
You are just over 1 hour away from either coast. Go East to Kennedy Space Centre and Daytona Beach or Go West to the beautiful white sandy beaches and warm gulf coast waters at St Pete's or Clearwater.
Our home is fully licensed and registered in the state of Florida and managed by a professional management company who ensures that the lawns, pool and property are maintained to a very high standard. Furthermore, a coordinator is on 24hr call-out for emergencies.
The fully air conditioned accommodation comprises of a spacious lounge and dining area with 32" cable TV, video, HiFi, fully equipped kitchen, including microwave, cooker, dishwasher and fridge freezer.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, cable TV and DVD, en-suite bathroom and spacious walk-in wardrobe. A cot and high chair are also provided.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed TV and DVD and fitted wardrobe.
The third bedroom is a twin bedded room, with a TV.
The fourth is a Disney themed bedroom with a three sleeper bunk bed, TV and PlayStation 2 with games.
There are two further bathrooms, one of which can be accessed from the pool deck.
The villa has a private 30ft south facing pool (which can be heated during the cooler months) and spa, protected by a fine mesh screen but this does not impair your suntan. The pool is surrounded by a very large pool deck with ample space for sunbathing and outdoor entertaining. Table chairs and sun loungers are added for your comfort. A gas BBQ is provided for use.
After a hard day playing golf, shopping or simply having fun at the theme parks, why not relax, have a snack and soak up some of the Florida sun on the patio or go for a swim and relax by the pool and cabana.
