The prices include water, gas, electricity and cleaning once per week.
From November till March there is also an extra fee for electricity ( 25 EUROS PER WEEK).
For the reservation we ask for 50% by bank transfer and the rest at the arrival date.
We also ask at the arrival date for a damage deposit of 200 euros.
This deposit is returned to you at the end of your holidays if there are no damages inside the apartment.
