The location of the villa is ideal for a family holiday, for golfing groups or for people looking for a 'chill-out' holiday. All attractions and amenities are within easy reach: beaches, shops, activities and night life, but the location is just far enough away from it all if you do not want the hustle and bustle of the resort.
A 10/15 minute walk downhill will take you to Torreblanca beach and promenade. (Please note the walk uphill will take longer as the villa is situated on a hill). Torreblanca boasts an EU Blue Flag for its clean sandy beaches and you will find an abundance of bars and restaurants to choose from to suit all tastes and budgets. The promenade stretches continuously into Fuengirola where you will find more great beaches, a beautiful marina, bars, restaurants, night clubs and the town's shopping centre.
Other popular towns are easily accessible, such as Benalmadena (10 mins), Torremolinos (15 mins), Marbella (20 mins), Puerto Banus (30 mins) and Gibraltar (1 hour).

Villa la Vera is ideally located as it is close to all tourist attractions and many golf courses. Torreblanca beach and promenade is just a 10 minute walk from the villa where you will find plenty of bars and restaurants. The EU Blue Flag rated beaches along Torreblanca and Fuengirola are sandy, clean and well maintained. Free showers are available on the beaches and you are never far from a bar or restaurant. Fuengirola is a further 25 minutes walk along the continuous promenade where there is a beautiful marina, bars, shops, restaurants and night life.
Why stay at a hotel or an apartment complex and compete for sun beds when you can have your own private pool with sun beds, pool bar, BBQ area and enjoy the privacy of your own space!
The villa has a South facing garden with fruit trees, private heated pool, covered pool bar area with BBQ and plenty of terrace areas for sunbathing. The swimming pool is maintained twice weekly and is regularly checked for correct ph and chlorine balance. The pool is approximately 10 x 4 metres and the deep end is approximately 2.5 metres and the shallow end is approximately 1 metre. The pool is conveniently situated close to the living room and next to the pool bar & BBQ, so you can keep an eye on the little ones in comfort!
There are many tourist attractions and activities within a 15 minute drive from the villa such as Tivoli World, Aqua park Mijas, Cable cars, Fuengirola Marina, Fuengirola Zoo and much much more! There's plenty to see and do on the Costa del Sol. If you are looking for a golfing holiday you are truly spoilt for choice as there are over 50 golf courses to choose from on the Costa del Sol, several within 10/15 minute drive from the villa.
