We are situated 15 mins inland from the Sea, in the East Sussex countryside. The seaside town of Eastbourne is 15 mins and the City of Brighton is only 30 mins away. The property is surrounded by countryside and is a great base for exploring the rest of East Sussex inlcuding many castles, shops, farms & vineyards and great days out for children. We are close to Gatwick airport and the Channel Tunnel and easily found from the M25. There are train connections 5 mins away to Brighton, Hasting, Eastbourne & London.

Weekends and short breaks of up to 4 nights are offered at 75% of the weekly rate. Mid to High season short breaks are subject to availability. Short term lets also available
