It is immersed in the green of the Sabina hills, with its clean air and wonderful small hilltop villages.

| The villa is very near a nice town where you can find everything you may need: bars, restaurants, banks, markets, supermarkets etc. The villa is on two floors. On the first floor there is a living room with fireplace, a kitchenette three bedrooms, a big bathroom with a tub, a large balcony on the green and a very large dining room where 14 people can comfortably eat. On the second floor there is a large living room/kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and a large terrace with a stunning view. The environment is very nice. Sabina is very near Umbria, the landscape is very similar to those of Umbria and Toscana. On the ground floor we have another nice small apartment which is possible to rent, it is suitable for two or three people. Not far from the villa the River Tiber runs, so it is possible to visit the natural oasis on the river. |
