Our home is fully equipped with everything you need to make your Florida vacation a time to remember. Our home is fully air conditioned throughout and consists of:

* Fully equipped kitchen comprising: cooker, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave. A washing machine and tumble drier are situated in the utility area.

. * Master bedroom including American King size 4 poster bed, Master bathroom, walk in closet, cable TV, DVD player.
* Second Master bedroom fully furnished with Queen bed, Master bathroom, closet, cable TV.
* The third and fourth bedrooms each have twin beds, (one is Disney themed ), and share the third bathroom
* 26'x12' screened pool plus spa, both of which can be heated if required, Full selection of pool furniture provided.
* A playstation and games, CD player and selection of board games are provided.
* Ample supply of linens and towels are provided.
Our new home is an ideal base from where to explore everything Florida has to offer, from busy days at the theme parks, shopping at the numerous malls, or just relaxing by the 26'x12' South facing private pool with spa.
For golfers there is also an on site 18 hole championship golf course and clubhouse. Our home is furnished to a very high standard with hand picked ( not package ) furniture.
The home is fully equipped for, and can accommodate up to ten guests when using the sofa bed. Crib / highchair are available if required.
