Bookings are non refundable unless we can secure an alternative customer, and therefore should be covered against cancellation by your travel insurance policy. We require a booking deposit of 30% of the total including key / security deposit of 150 euros with the balance due eight weeks before arrival. The 150 euro key / security deposit is refunded at the end of the holiday. We prefer to use PayPal for payments and refunds to keep conversion costs down and allow customers to pay by credit or debit card.
