Nearby beaches include those at Plaka and Elounda, which benefit from amazing views of Spinalonga Island. Elounda is an upmarket harbour town, known for the sunken city of Olous just off shore, and the remains of a Byzantine basilica. 11km south of Elounda is the Venetian port of Agios Nikolaos, a larger more family orientated town. There are also numerous picturesque villages, in the area, that make a pleasant day out driving.

SAVE £50 WHEN YOU BOOK FOR 2 WEEKS.
A 20% deposit is required to secure a booking, with the balance required 8 weeks before departure.
An additional £200 deposit is required to cover any accidental damage to the villa and it's contents, returnable at the end of your stay.
Above prices are for the villa only.
CAR HIRE IS ESSENTIAL and not included and is approx £150 - £200 per week depending on size of car.
Flights not included. Direct flights May - October. Change at Athens required out of season. Nearest airport: Heraklion (between one and one-and-a-half hours drive depending on route). Flights vary between £90 and £250 per person, but are typically around £180, depending on airline and time of booking.
Price includes washing of bed linen once per week. Further details available by email request.
Villa rates for long weekends (Friday - Tuesday) are £50 less than the weekly rates.
Late booking prices are available upon request.
Please note that the villa is managed by Mr Michael Wilson based in Crete on behalf of the owner (based in the UK).
Cancellation:
1) By you, the Client: 8 weeks or before your arrival, the deposit will be non-refundable. Less than 8 weeks prior to your arrival, the total cost of the accommodation will be non-refundable if we, the owners, are unable to recover the income by re letting.
2) By us, the Owners: Our liability is limited to making the accommodation available for the dates booked. In the event of the accommodation not being available, a full refund will be made of monies paid, plus interest at the appropriate rate for advance payments.
Force Majeure:
We are unable to accept responsibility for any aspect of your holiday arrangements beyond our control such as threats of war, civil commotion, riots, industrial disputes, earthquakes or natural disasters, government action or travel delays caused by any reason Subletting.
The accommodation is provided for the sole use of the Clients named on the booking form. Subletting or assignment of the property is not permitted.
Insurance:
The Client is strongly advised to take out comprehensive travel and medical insurance for all members of the party.
Health & Safety: Whilst we make every effort to ensure that the property is as safe as possible, you must accept that the local conditions vary enormously from the UK. We cannot accept any responsibility for your health & safety while staying at the property. We will provide guidelines at the property to assist you in minimising any risks to your safety.
Security: Crete is still a relatively safe location and does not have a high incidence of crime. However, we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to property or persons during the course of your booking.
