Our attractive holiday house has been created by the lovingly and painstakingly restoration of a XVII century farmhouse. the complex is divided into one cottage and four apartments, and is set on a panoramic position on the gentle slopes that descend towards the Arno river.
The Compound is surrounded by a large garden area equipped with tables, chairs and canopies, with of 7 x 12 meters swimming pool that has a part for children (3x3 meters). All the apartments have been tastefully finished, and fully furnished and are all provided with TV sat, and their own heating system. Laundry room with washing machine and iron (+ironing board) available for common use.
The quiet hilly panoramic area is only three kilometers from the beautiful medieval Village of Laterina, the lodging enjoys countryside privacy ,close proximity to the attractions and amenities of Arezzo, and it is the ideal base for many excursion in all Central Italy. There are good motorways and rail links with the rest of Tuscany and taking the train you can be in the heart of Florence in about half an hour. Being in the centre of Tuscany you will be able to reach easily, Siena, Cortona,Lake Trasimeno, Perugia...and the shopping lover will find nearby many outlets of the most famous Made in Italy, fashion brands such as Prada, Gucci, Fendi D&G
Borgo Santa Maria is the ideal place to spend a relaxing Holiday in Tuscany all year around, every season has its own charm. The area is full of nice restaurants, where you can taste the typical Tuscan cuisine.
Convenience stores, bank, pharmacy are in the nearest village (2.5 km). A Supermarket is in Levane, Ipermakets with malls and every kind of stores are in Arezzo and Montevarchi
The Train station to go to Florence is 7 km from the house (few minutes by car) with free parking. All our guests have enjoyed this facility since it has allowed them to visit the city, even every day, and come back in the evening and relax in the quiet surrounding of our holiday home. Open air markets in every small town or village, almost every day of the week.

Location cost includes: use of electricity, hot and cold water, cooking gas, bed lines, bathroom towels(three each one) , kitchen linens, free use of laundry (it means we are supplying all the detergents),swimming pool towels if needed-Free use of the laundry (it means we provide all the detergents)
It doesn't include: caution deposit (€200,00 to be paid on cash on arrival on given back on departure), heating cost, (only on Autumn and Winter. is forfeited at €8,00/day- every apartment has its own heating system), mandatory final cleaning, that is €16,00 per person
On you arrival you will find, a minimum supply for the house, that is: mineral water, sugar, coffee, coffee filters, tea, salt, olive oil, vinegar, pepper, dish soap, multiuse detergents, toilet papers and a welcome surprise.
