Rental Rates

Discount of up to 15 Euros p/p will be offered if guests bring their own bed linen/towels.

There is mandatory Final Cleaning charge of 15 Euros per person (min 45 Euros).

Damages deposit. A damages deposit of 400 Euros is paid at the same time when the final payment is made. The cautionary deposit will be returned in full to you on your return less any deductions made by the keyholder for damages caused to the house, the garden, or the swimming pool, the internal and external furnishing (fair wear and tear excepted), and any extra expenses incurred during the holiday period and still outstanding at the date of departure. Confirmation of the return will be send (e-mailed, posted or faxed) to you upon receiving information from the keyholder. This usually takes 2-3 days after you have vacated the property. The full details of any deductions (if any) will also be provided.

Booking deposit. A deposit of 50% of the total letting price is payable at the time of booking, and the balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the beginning of the letting period. For bookings made less than 60 days prior to the beginning of the letting period, the payment must be made in full.

Cancellation. If you decide to cancel your holiday the following rates apply:
· Over 90 days before the start of the renting period – 90% of paid deposit refunded (or 95% if the full price was paid)
· Between 60 and 90 days – 50% of paid deposit refunded (or 75% if the full price was paid)
· Between 30 and 60 days – 50% of the full price refunded
· Less than 30 days – 25% of the full price refunded.
If as result of events outside the owner’s control, the house should no longer be available, we will immediately notify you. In this unlikely event you will be fully reimbursed. In addition, 10% of the amount paid by you by that time will be added as compensation.
