On the ground floor is a large open planned lounge and dining room with Satellite TV, DVD with surround sound, music system and fireplace for the cooler evenings, off to the right of the lounge is the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. From the lounge there are large patio doors leading out to the pool terrace surrounded with outdoor dining furniture and sun-loungers. On the ground floor there is one bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a house cloakroom.
Upstairs there are three other bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom and two sharing a full bathroom. These bedrooms all lead out to a large balcony overlooking the pool and leading up to a roof terrace.
The villa is situated on the hill above the Lagos Marina and just up from the golden sands of Meia Praia, the Marina which is around a 15 minute walk away offers a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants, a short walk over the footbridge and you are in the centre of historic town of Lagos with its cobbled sidewalks and colourful market square, offering a larger variety of restaurants, bars, café, shopping and markets.
The golden sandy beach of Meia Praia is also about a 15-20 minute walk, with a variety of water sport activities available.
Palmares Golf course, Boa Vista and Penina Golf Course are a 5 to 25 minute drive away.
For the children there are a variety of water parks and theme parks within a 30 minute drive
