That's what you get with this luxury 5 bed holiday villa which is just a few minutes walk away from the white sandy beaches, pink granite rocks and lush blue sea of Brittany's Cote D'armour. The property is set within its own large enclosed garden, and has a swimming pool which is enclosed within a glass conservatory. There is direct access from the master bedroom both into the swimming pool conservatory and the garden.
The view from the house and the garden is one that stretches right down to the beach and the sea. There is a bar and shop also within walking distance from the beach, enabling you to arrive at the property, park up and enjoy!
When you do want to drive, the vibrant and historic market town of Lannion is only 8km away and has a full range of shops - large and small, street markets and much more!
The northern coastline of Brittany is a wonderful mix of dunes leading to huge sandy beaches and pink granite rocks reaching out into the sea to form a series of islands. With only one sixth of the UK population density they remain fairly uncrowded even in the height of summer. The beach shown is Tregastel (approx. 30 miles North of Callac).
The villa is located at the next bay and also has white sand, pink rocks and blue sea to rival the best beaches anywhere. The native Breton language is spoken along with French and you can be assured of a warm welcome in the many small bars and restaurants of the area, shops and markets. With lakes, forests and standing stones there are an abundance of sites of interest within the immediate area. Those who have visited this magical region before will be aware of its simple charm and the warmth of the Breton people as well as the rich history of the area.
To get there
There are increasingly more flights to regional airports across Brittany from the UK with typical costs between £40-60 return. We recommend Brittany Ferries for quick and convenient crossings between Plymouth and Roscoff and a one hour drive on arrival in France. Alternatively Crossings to St. Malo, Caen and Le Havre can be used with an increased drive time in France. For visitors from the South or East of England the channel tunnel or short Dover/Folkstone crossings can be used but with a long drive the other end.
Nearest international airport: Lannion at 8 miles

-We enjoyed the property very much (having the pool and hot tub was great and the house is well equipped) and found the area to be delightful, we will certainly consider returning in the near future!
-We had a marvellous holiday, the weather, the situation and the villa itself all combined for a very happy time for ourselves and our extended family. As you probably realise, we are in the holiday letting business ourselves, and I am very happy to say that your property exceeded all our expectations. Well done!
-We left a note in the visitors book but we also wanted to write and say that the house was really great. Everything we could have wanted was provided. The standard of the accomodation was superb asnd the location was perfect - near a village with a bakery, shop and creperie and near the sea. It really was great having the DVD player and the computer.
