The property has many original features of a typical Breton farmhouse including a spiral stone staircase, beams, flagstone floors and a granite fireplace. The main farmhouse comprises of four bedrooms, suitable for sleeping 2-10 persons. The first adjoining gite has one double bedroom, and a sofa-bed downstairs, making it suitable for sleeping 2-4 persons. The second gite will have two double bedrooms and a sofa-bed downstairs, making it suitable for sleeping 2-6 persons. All of the separate properties are complete with fully fitted kitchens. This includes a gas cooker, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, television/video, radio/cassette and a washing machine. One of the luxuries that these properties have to offer is that all of the entire ground floors have been installed with under-floor heating!
Notes: The farmhouse has been tastefully restored whilst retaining original features. Some of these such as spiral stone staircase, slate flagstone floors and wood-burner could be a hazard for young children, elderly or infirm visitors who are very welcome subject to the above.
