Very attractive and comfortable five bedroom villa built on one level and set in a very quiet position, adjoining the golf course.
The accommodation includes entrance hall, guest bathroom, fully equipped kitchen overlooking a lovely patio, spacious living area in two split levels with dining area next to the kitchen, TV area with fireplace and large sitting area, all with access through large sliding doors to the pool terrace. Laundry area next to the kitchen with an outside access and patio with gas barbecue.
All five bedrooms are located on one side of the villa. They have en-suite bathrooms (baths). Four bedrooms have twins beds and the spacious master bedroom has king-size bed, walk-in wardrobes, en-suite bathroom (bath and shower) with independent toilet, access to the pool terrace and cable TV.
