The villa is situated within 10-15 minutes walk to the sea and 10 minutes walk to Chinese Restaurant, Spanish Café, French café/bar, English pub, a small convenience store plus a Mediterranean restaurant. Large communal pool.

Main double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and french doors to patio.
Second twin bedroom. Both rooms have large fitted wardrobes. There is
also a family bathroom with large walk in shower.
The fully fitted kitchen includes fridge freezer, dishwasher,
integral cooker/hob, microwave and features granite work surfaces. A
solana contains washing machine, iron, ironing board and drying
facilities.
There is a large double height lounge creating a cool and airy feel
with comfortable settees including a sofa-bed (ideal for 2 extra
guests). French doors lead to patio with sun loungers.
Entertainment includes satellite television, hi-fi system, books,
DVD player with selection of films, Playstation with games and a telescopic fishing rod with necessary tackle. For
evening dining there is a covered al-fresco dining area with table
seating 10 people and built in barbecue.
A large shared pool is available for the exclusive use of La Goleta residents with superb views to Montana Roja.
Maid service is included with bedding changed once a week, towels
changed twice a week and the villa is cleaned twice weekly. All bedding
and towels are of a high quality (beach towels not provided). A welcome
pack with bottle of wine greets guests on arrival. There is also a
local telephone number to ring if any problems arise.
Cot/ high chair/ z-bed are available for hire.
The villa is very child freindly with games and children's plates, cups and cutlery provided.
Car hire is recommended and can be arranged from £94 per
week (including child seats and two named drivers). It is a four minute drive to the excellent child freindly
Flamingo Beach.
We can give assistance in finding flights if required.
Playa Blanca is an increasing popular resort with its range of
beaches, dramatic seafront, many pavement bars and restaurants, good
shops, newly developed marina and one of the longest promenade walks in
Europe.
Please note we rent at a fixed rate and do not charge extra for more than 2 guests. |
