The property is fully equipped and ideally located just off US Highway 27 that is 3 miles south from the US. 192 highway, the main route to Disney World and 25 Miles from Orlando International Airport. The villa has great views over the Highlands Reserve 18 hole golf course and offers a challenging game for golfers of all levels. There is a children’s playground, community swimming pool, tennis court and snack bar near the clubhouse. All properties on Highlands Reserve have free use of the communal facilities. Golf Highlands Reserve is built around an 18 hole PGA Championship (par72) golf course. The course is tough but enjoyable, and features 120ft of elevation changes which make it one of the few hilly courses in the area. Highlands Reserve is known for its open fairways and large greens, but the double and triple tiered greens make putting a real challenge. It is 6674 yards from the Black tees, 6010 from the Gold tees, and 5618 from the Green tees. There is a driving range, putting green, sand trap, cart, club hire, pro shop and chipping areas for practice. The Club House has a liquor license but only on production of a valid golf round receipt. Golf carts are mandatory and only soft spikes are permitted. Notes: Bedrooms: king size with TV & Clock Radio, 1 Queen Size with TV & Clock Radio, 2 Twin Bedrooms. Includes 2 Master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. There is a 24 hour management company.
