The villa lies between Coral Bay and Sea Caves. Coral Bay is one and half kilometer away and Sea Caves one Kilometer. There are no much restaurants there but there are 3-4 that you can visit on foot within 10 minutes. The area is fantastic and the view from the villa is superb. Villa lies on a high spot so you can feel fresh air from the sea. Sea is only 300 m away from the villa. The Corallia bay is only one kilometre away and the Coral Bay one and half. Both Bays are excellent.

Description
The front entrance is via a few steps from the parking area and leads into a large entrance hall off from which radiate the ornate staircase leading to both the upstairs accommodation and the lower level of the villa. The comfortably furnished lounge/dining room has feature fireplace and two sets of patio doors to the terrace. There is a satellite TV (limited channels), DVD and Sony Play Station 2 for your added enjoyment. The large kitchen is well fitted with wooden units and has dishwasher, microwave and patio doors leading to the terrace. A washing machine is also located in the utility room. On this level also is the first of the bedroom accommodation, a pretty twin with shower and WC adjacent.
On the first floor a spacious landing area has patio doors to the top sun terrace, which boasts patio style seating and a kitchenette with fridge. Also radiating from this area is a pretty master bedroom full bathroom en-suite, a second twin with shower room and WC en-suite and the second master four-poster double bedroom with Jacuzzi bathroom en-suite.
The interior of the villa is fully air conditioned. Each unit is charged 4 GBP pounds per day.
Outside the spacious terrace area surrounds the 10 metre pool. To the side of the pool is a splendid barbecue kitchen for those meals al-fresco. The lawned gardens to the front and side of the house complete this most attractive family villa.
