The bustling port city of Fethiye is only 17km away and can be easily reached by the regular Dolmus minibuses, or if you have a car the road is good and the driving is easy. The world famous resort of Olu Deniz with its sandy beaches and sheltered lagoon is a short distance from Fethiye as is nearby Hisaronu with its lively night-life, clubs and restaurants. The Greek 'ghost town' of Kaya Koy is also close by.
Calis beach is 20 minutes away from the villa and has a 6km shingle beach, a water park and a variety of restaurants and clubs. Slightly further away are the ancient ruins and the unspoilt 20km beach at Patara and also Saklikent Gorge famous for water rafting. The hilltop Roman/Lycian city of Cadianda is just a 15 minutes drive from the villa.
At Villa Kadyanda we strive to make your holiday a care-free, luxury vacation. All rooms are equipped to the highest standard and fully air-conditioned. The main lounge is equipped with large screen TV/DVD/CD and the Ottoman room has a stereo music system with iPod dock and there is Wi-Fi Internet throughout. There is a large library of films, music and games with board games. There is a 60m2 Games Room in the basement with a Nintendo Wii and 40 games, surround sound theatre system, darts, table tennis, quoits, weights, punchbag and a cross trainer together with a toilet/shower room and bar area.

1) Villa rental rates are for 1 week for up to 13 people - book for 2013 by 31/12/2012 and deduct 10%.
2) HM Forces, Emergency Services and Parties of 6 or less can stay outside the High Season at a 15% discount.
3) There are no additional charges and longer stay discounts are available.
4) Pick-up and return to Dalaman Airport is available for up to 13 people by car or minibus fro ~£85 or ~£130 return.
5) Car or Minibus hire is available from £140 to £350 per week.
6) A Welcome Pack is provided free of charge.
A full cleaning service is provided weekly which includes changing the bed linen and towels, this frequency can be increased for a small charge. The pool is cleaned daily and the gardens are maintained regularly by our groundsman. Our local English speaking agent will contact you at the Villa and he can arrange tours etc and he is on call to help with any medical or emergency needs.
We require 25% of the holiday cost with the booking and the balance paid 8 weeks before arrival. We also take a £150 damage deposit, paid with the balance, which is refunded within 7 days of your return. Payment can be made by Cheque or Bank Transfer or by Credit Card through a secure PayPal portal on our website.

Watersports Specialist Tuition
As part of our efforts to make your holiday a memorable occasion we now offer short courses and bespoke packages in kite-surfing, wind-surfing, sailing instruction and scuba diving. All courses are available locally from 2-5 days, are run by experienced instructors and are offered at very competitive rates. A great idea for the more adventurous, and an excellent way to experience more of the surrounding areas and combine relaxation with adrenalin fuelled activities. Qualifications can be provided on completion of a course and full details will be sent with any booking enquiries.
International Air Games in Olu Deniz during late October
Paragliding is centred on Olu Deniz and facilities are provided for all levels of pilots - professionals have been to 4000m while beginners can reach 1500m. A particular event worth seeing is the annual International Air Games at which there are paragliders, microlites, hot air balloons and the Turkish Air Force do an aerobatic display and fly past.
Gym and Games Room
A 600 sq ft area includes a surround sound system, a Nintendo Wii, table tennis, darts, quoits, a punch bag, weights and a cross-trainer. The area also includes a toilet/shower and bar area - ideal for the more energetic members of your party! |
