Kefalonia is the largest of the Ionian Islands. Villa Loukia is situated near the traditional Greek village of Karavados in the Livatho region only a few miles south east of the airport. The village centre is slightly inland (5 mins drive) from the small sheltered south facing sandy bay at St Thomas. Larger sandy beaches can be reached by car within 10 minutes.
