Peppermint Place is located in Perth's northern suburbs, approx 25 kms north of Perth City Centre. Currambine is the nearest train station, located 1km from Peppermint Place. Bus route is within 250 meters of the house, and the bus goes into central Joondalup. A free Central Area Transit ( CAT ) bus circulates around Joondalup calling every 10 minutes.
Currambine is a modern, approx 10 year old suburb with excellent schools, shopping centres, cinema houses, take away restaurants, bottle shops, doctors, dentists and sports arena in close proximity. Hilary's Boat Harbour for Whale watching tours, bicycle hire, idealistic children's playground, not to mention the charming shops and handy take away restaurants, is within a short drive. The Joondalup Golf Resort (award winning golf course) is a chip and a putt away! Neil Hawkins Park for feeding Green Parrots and Pink Galahs is a short drive, don't forget to pack a picnic basket! The closest beach is Burns Beach, our favourite sundowner spot. Spend time relaxing on Mullalloo, Hillarys, Sorrento and Marmion beaches, or snorkel at Waterman's - its like swimming in a fish tank!
