You are no more than 10 minutes away from all the attractions Paphos has to offer.
There are many historical/ archaeological sites in and around Paphos, such as The Tomb of the Kings, Paphos castle which overlooks the famous mosaics, and at old Paphos you can find the ruins of the famous temple of Aphrodite.
The local shops and supermarket are no more than 10 minutes away as is all the high street shops and daily local morning market. There are a whole host of mouthwatering restaurants from traditional Cypriot tavernas, Chinese, Indian, English and American, not to forget the Harbour front fish restaurants. For the children Paphos has 3 Lunar parks (funfairs), a water park, aquarium, bird park, snake farm, to name a few. For the adults there are boat cruises, fishing trips, go-carting, horse riding, three golf courses to choose from, and all watersports are avaiable at the beach. Not forgetting the lively nightlife.

Discounts for long winter lets can be arranged direct with the owner. We can be flexible on pricing for under occupancy.
Changeover day is flexible. Arrival times between 0700-2400 would be more suitable, but arrangements can always be made to accommodate your booking.
Bookings must be made by telephone and will be confirmed in writing or e-mail within 7 days. At the time of booking a 25% deposit is required to secure booking. The balance must be paid 10 weeks prior to departure date.
A separate refundable deposit of £100 will also be required and held by the owner and be refunded within 2 weeks of completion of rental, less the cost of any damage to the property, furnishings and any cleaning requirements. *we recommend you take out travel/medical insurance.

The harbour and seafront and nearest beach is approx 10 mins by car and is sand/shingle. The popular Coral Bay beach is a 15 minute drive.
