The villa comprises of 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, 1 large living room and 1 large kitchen, outside the villa has 2 balcony's and a barbecue.
The villa is 5km outside Kusadasi there is a bus service every 10mins the cost is about 67pence.
On the complex site there are restaurants, shops, a supermarket (that sells all the basics) aqua park, the beach is clean and tidy with sun beds for hire for a small charge. There are markets in Kusadasi on a Wednesday and Friday (1 market is a fruit market the other a general market selling, leather, clothes, material etc.
The tourists attractions are numerous there is a Jeep-Safari, Horse-Safari, numerous boat trips to different parts of the coast. Diving, Ephesus ruins, Pamukkale Hierapolis (thermal water) Dalvan (mud baths, boat trip to turtle beach), Adaland Aqua Fantasy and of course Turkish baths.
If you hire a car there is no limitations as to what you can do and where you can go. You can visit other parts of the Bodrum coast which are all stunning beautiful, and the mountain scenery is fantastic.
If you want to stay close to the villa and completely relax, then you can do just that as well, the grounds are peaceful and quiet, with the communal pool a stones throw away or the beach which is just 100meters away.

All bookings are held with a deposit of £50.00 per person, balance payable 6 weeks before departure, there will be a fee of £100.00 (refundable) if no contents of the villa are damaged (we will be notified this by our agent). On return to the UK once we have received the keys back we will then refund the £100.00.
If a holiday is cancelled you will loose your deposit.
