Fontana Rosa is located in the town of Algorfa, which is ideally situated for golf or beach holidays, and in the evening is peaceful and quiet for you to sit out on the balcony and sip a glass of wine. Torrevieja is just 15 minutes away and has large shopping malls, hypermarket, restaurants and the port.
Algorfa is a typical spanish town with a central market square overlooked by a bar. There are numerous bars and restaurants within a stroll from the apartment, as well as a supermarket, bank, post office, etc. In addition there is a market held twice a week. Opposite the apartment is the municipal park with tennis courts, football pitch, outdoor swimming pool, swings, etc.
Aiport - Alicante and Murcia are 45 minutes drive away.
Golf - next to Algorfa is the world renowned La Finca Golf Course, which you can either walk or drive to. In the near vicinity you also have Las Ramblas, Villamartin, Campoamor and Marquesa- to name just a few.
Beach - the nearest beach is Guardemar del Segura, which is a blue flag golden beach that stretches for miles down to La Manga. Bars line the beach, and the sea is the warm Mediteranean.
Cities - nearest is Murcia, but there is also Valencia and Alicante.
Places to see - the Salt lakes and Flamingos of Torrevieja, orange and lemon groves that line the roads, cities such as Valencia, the port and lifestyle of Torrevieja, Aquapark and theme park in Benedorm, La Manga nature reserve, Markets held every day of the week in the surrounding towns and villages.
