This second floor duplex on three floors is situated within the Puerto romano complex at the North end of La Mata, about a 35 minute drive from either Alicante or Murcia airport. Supermarkets, cafe/bars, restaurants and local shops are within easy walking distance, the beach is approx 250 metres away. There is also a bus service to Torrevieja, available from the town square (five minutes walk).

La mata is between Torrevieja & Guardamar del Segura.
Nearby is the renowned nature reserve “parc natural de la mata” on the edge of the salt lakes, the area is noted for its healthy micro climate, not far away are the mud spas in the Mar Menor.
The beach at La Mata is one of the best and certainly the longest, you can walk along the beach to Guardamar to the North (approx 7Kms) or along the beach or boardwalk to the South with lots of watering holes along the way.

All bedding and towels are provided, however, you are required to provide your own beach towels.
Unfortunately, the few spoil it for the many so we now require a damages deposit of £50, lost keys are charged at 10 euros each.
A minimum charge of one week rent is payable, part of a week thereafter is charged on a daily pro rata basis. Rates include normal cleaning & laundering on your departure, although excessive mess & abuse will be charged for, so please keep it tidy.
Long term lets are open to negotiation.
Confirmation of booking requires a £50 deposit, the remainder payable a minimum of four weeks before departure.

Current accommodation caters for up to six persons and consists of the following:-
Ground Floor
L-shape living area with table and chairs, double adult sofa bed with single pullout bed under, display unit, coffee table, satellite TV, mini Hi-Fi, patio doors leading to balcony. Separate kitchen with washing machine, electric oven and gas hob, microwave/grill, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and majority of cooking utensils.
Cloakroom with WC and hand basin.
Stairway leading to first floor:-
First Floor
Master bedroom, with king-size bed, chest of drawers with mirror, bedside drawer units, built-in wardrobe.
Second bedroom, with twin beds, chest of drawers with mirror, single bedside unit and built-in wardrobe.
Bathroom, bath with shower attachment, WC, bidet and basin.
Stairway leading to the top sun terrace.
