Prices are based on up to 6 people sharing the main house. PLEASE NOTE that Bedroom 4 is in a separate self contained annex with twin beds and ensuite shower. This annex is ONLY used when there are more than 6 guests in residence for which there is an additional charge of £80 per week
Pool heating (optional) costs 50 GBP per week extra. Air-conditioning and internet access included in the price. Additional high chairs, cots, stairgates (£10 per week) Maid service available at additional cost - please contact us for details.
Changeover day - Thursday.
Flexible changeover days in low season - contact owner for details.
For groups of over eight people-see details of the neighbouring Villa Maria (Ref: 4814) which can sleep up to four and also has a private pool and is just 100 yards away via a path through the trees.
Bedlinen and towels provided but please bring your own beach towels. Mid stay linen change.
Booking Terms; 20% deposit on booking balance due 8 weeks before departure. £50 per week security deposit refundable within 4 weeks of return from holiday.

Skiing in the Sierra Nevada Within 2 to 3 hours drive you can be hurtling down the slopes of the highest mountains in Spain. A fascinating break from the pool or golf course! Highly recommended.
Golf Information: The nearest golf courses are Alhaurin Golf and Lauro Golf, both within 15 mins drive. There are literally dozens of other golf courses within 30 mins to one hour's drive, to suit all standards.
Please note that the Finca Tropical together with the neighbouring property Villa Maria (ref: 4814) are for sale. If interested, please contact the owners.
The house will be available from 4pm on the day of arrival and guests are requested to vacate the house by 10am on the day of departure in order to facilitate cleaning.
