Upper floor:This enormous room has a fascinating old beamed ceiling, four single beds and a large play area with a folding pool table. The superb pool is fully terraced with roman steps. To the side is a large open barn of great character that provides garage space and a covered dining area with BBQ, and games area. The gardens are well planted and there is plenty of garden furniture and games equipment.
