Booking Terms; 20% deposit payable on booking, balance due 8 weeks before departure. £75 per week security deposit refundable within 4 weeks of return from holiday. Bedlinen and towels provided but PLEASE bring your own beach towels. Midstay change of bedlinen and towels provided for guests staying 2 weeks. Aircon and internet access included.

Changeover day Saturday in high season but can be flexible in low and mid season - contact owners for details.
Additional high chairs, cots, stair/door gates available at £12 per item per week. Maid service is available at additional cost - please contact us for details. If you are thinking of a family gathering, Villa Maria has a sister villa, Finca Tropical, about 100 metres away with 4 bedrooms (bedroom 4 in separate twin bedded annex) and private pool - see it on this site, just key in property no. 4793. Ideal for larger families or groups wishing to holiday together but retain some indendence. Both properties enjoy a high degree of privacy, separate entrances and ample parking.
The house is available from 4pm on the day of arrival and guests are requested to vacate the house by 10am on the day of departure to facilitate cleaniing and general maintenance.

Skiing in the Sierra Nevada. Within 2 to 3 hours drive you can be hurtling down the slopes of the highest mountains in Spain. A fascinating break from the pool or golf course! Highly recommended.
Golf Information. The nearest golf courses are Alhaurin Golf and Lauro Golf, both within 15 mins drive. There are dozens of other golf courses within 30 mins to one hour's drive, to suit all standards.
