Busch Gardens theme park and Adventure Island water park, situated in Tampa, are approximately 45 minutes drive away. A high quality Golf Course, designed by Greg Norman, is located at Champions Gate approximately 5 minutes drive away as is the huge new Golfing complex at Reunion.

The house comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 3 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the house cool.
Entertainment:
The house has a PC with Broadband wireless internet connection, television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.
The Games Room has a Pool Table, Table Tennis, Electronic Darts and Casino Games
Eating & living :
There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster.
