Menorca still rests quietly in the Spanish sunshine of the Balearic Islands in contrast to many over developed Mediterranean resorts.
Binibeca is a well known holiday resort which runs along the southern coast from the Fisherman's village to beyond Pueblo Cala Torret. It has a fine white sandy beach, with beach bar, and good rock bathing to either side.
Set back from the sea and coastal road are villas on gently sloping ground with views over the water and a few minutes walk to the beach, rock bathing or tennis courts. Pedaloes, sun beds or deck chairs, and umbrellas may usually be hired.
At Pueblo Cala Torret are groups of two and three storey apartments in walking streets off a central piazza, with a supermarket, restaurants and bars.

The rental rates are based on 5-6 persons sharing the villa, a slight reduction will be given when 2-4 persons share.
Please note: A security deposit of £150 is payable at the time of paying your final holiday balance, this will be refunded 14-21 days after your return providing there have been no problems reported by our property management.To reserve the property a deposit of 20% of the total accommodation cost will be required outside of 9 weeks prior to travel. At 9 weeks before your departure date the full balance will be payable. Our credit card charges are 2%

Sleeps 6 - 1 double bedroom and two further twin bedrooms, bathroom and shower room. Sky Satellite TV (take own card) and video. Barbecue, washing machine, fridge freezer and microwave. Private pool 7 x 4m. Air-conditioning in the bedrooms and lounge.
Curving around two sides at the front of the villa is a large shady patio - a nice spot to dine al fresco. French windows lead into the large open plan living/dining room with it's open fireplace. Leading off this is a well equipped kitchen which has recently been re-furbished, and the three bedrooms, bathroom and shower room.
To the rear of the villa is the pool which is secluded by a high hedge. Steps from here lead up to a large roof terrace - good for sunbathing. There is plenty of patio, garden and pool furniture for guests to use.
Always a popular villa because of its features and loaction - the beach is within easy reach, shopping at Cala Torret some 400m, local bars and restaurants not too far way. |
