The beach, which is safe for swimming and has a lifeguard, is in front of the complex. Tobago is a small beautiful island, next to Trinidad, with some of the best beaches in the caribbean. It has a lot to recommend it.

Tobago is beautiful; lots of small bays with white sand and clear blue water. At times you can be the only person on the beach. The people and places have an island charm all of their own. The villas are on the south side of the island with cool breezes blowing in off the Atlantic ocean. Move a short car ride, or cheap taxi ride to the north side of the island and the Caribbean sea and you have the perfect relaxing/swimming destination. Little Caribbean restaurants abound along the route and near the beaches serving local dishes all at very reasonable prices. Try the Tree House restaurant on the beach.
If you are into windsurfing or kite-surfing there is some of the best just along the beach in front of the Hilton Hotel. Snorkeling and diving is also some of the best with abundant sea life. Fish for Tuna & Merlin in the best Ernest Hemingway tradition. The rain forest, the largest Caribbean nature reserve, has the most species of birds and butterflies for any country in the world. Watch the humming birds feed out of the hand of Mr Blackman, one of the forest guides, when he calls them.

Having made an availability/reservation
request we will contact you within 48 hours by email to discuss the
details of your stay. A reservation is considered final only after you
confirm the details of our email & make a 50% deposit through
PayPal (instructions will be included in the confirmation email), bank
transfer or cheque. The remainder of the payment is due no later than 7
days prior to your scheduled arrival date.

you sign up for a PayPal account (which is free), you can use your
credit card or checking account to pay us (payable to
peter@star.ltd.uk). Non-GB (British Sterling) currencies are converted

Our two villas are part of a little village next to the main town of Scarborough and make an ideal centre for discovering the island or letting the children explore the beaches and play in the pool. You can relax on the balcony or by the pool, with its children's area, with your drinks and books whilst keeping a watchful eye. If children are not your style move to the hotel pool where children are not allowed. You do not need to cater for yourself just - enjoy the food at the hotel restaurant which is an 'island fusion' of tastes and textures served with a European style. Make your choice of locally caught fish. Make it memorable. Make it Tobago.
