This commanding house stands on elevated ground at the rear of the central resort area giving it superb views of the bay in the distance from the first floor, yet still being within easy walking distance of many of the resort's amenities. This 'little castle' named because of it's turret feature, is a semi-detached four bedroomed house and the word 'little' does not do it justice.

Originally a fishing village, Corralejo has expanded dramatically over the last few years with ongoing development making it the main resort on the island. The town centre, with it's fishing harbour, ferry port serving Lanzarote and main commercial areas, lies at the northern tip of a large bay. This bay sweeps south for some two to three kilometres before it meets the vast expanse of sand dunes on the outskirts of the town. In the heart of the resort , around the bay, and stretching inland is a variety of of holiday accommodation to suit most tastes.
These days there is a very good selection of resort amenities, including many varieties of resturant from Chinese to Mexican, typical Spanish to Swiss, fast food and traditional tapas bars. Although still relatively few discotheques/nightclubs there are lots of bars, many with music. The vast majority of these amenities, including a growing selection of shops, are concentrated along the main avenida and around the town centre; although the odd bar, restaurant and supermarket can be found further out. Wherever you stay, a sandy beach is generally within walking distance - several lie between stretches of volcanic foreshore in the bay. Schools cater for all windsurfing abilities - in the bay or on the dunes - and the diving off Los Lobos is said to be captivating.

A security deposit of £200 is due if you wish to reserve this property, however this is fully refundable 14-21 days after your return home.

Ground floor - very spacious open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area with floor to ceiling panoramic windows overlooking the pool. Fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar including fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwve and dishwasher. Cloakroom / w.c and utility room housing the washing machine. Widescreen satellite Tv, video and CD music system.
First floor - master double bedroom with large en-suite bathroom that has jacuzzi corner bath and power shower. A further double, twin and small single bedroom are served by a seperate power shower room and seperate w.c. Air-conditioning in the 3 main bedrooms which also have access to a large balcony. Master bedroom has Tv. Small bedroom has full size single bed but no clothes storage facilities so ideally suitable for a child.
Large swimming pool (steps into pool but no shallow end) approx 9m x 8m with island feature, landscaped gardens enclosed by high walls, large pergola shaded seating and al fresco dining area with BBQ. Pool has electric heating system operating in the winter months. The house also has safety features including alarm system, cctv surveillance system, security shutters and a small safe. |
