The Villa is situated 200 meters behind the beautiful beach ” Praia dos Anjos” and consists of 7 bedrooms, (4 with own bathrooms) and a total of 17 bed places. There are 7 bathrooms and an outdoor shower.
The yard consists of 2 carports, washing area, (washing machine) dog pen and a large brick layed parking area.
There are three entrances to the property; main entrance, kitchen entrance (used by maid) and entrance/gate to the yard.
The property has ADSL Internet connection, ideal for IP telephony/Skype, bring your laptop, plug it in and you're online.
Tenants will included in the rent be transported from and to Rio de Janeiro. The ride takes apx 2,5 hours.
The costs of living are very low, a lunch dish from one of the local bars up the street will cost £ 1, or 1,5 EUR.
A family of five can enjoy a lovely dinner, including beverages for as little as £ 9 or 12 EUR.
A large beer costs £ 0,50 or 0,7 EUR. In a restaurant. A pack of cigarettes costs the same as a large beer.
The temperatures lays between 25 – 29 degrees centigrade the whole year. The sea breeze sees to that the temperatures does not feel uncomfortable.
