North Berwick is an attractive seaside resort and harbour town located on the south side of the Firth of Forth, approx 24 miles from Scotland's capital city Edinburgh. It is easy accessible by car, with frequent train service from Edinburgh and Edinburgh Airport is 45 minutes away.
The harbour remains the focal point of the town, with the Scottish Seabird centre and restaurant. Boat trips to the Bass Rock. All surrounded by sandy beaches excellent for coastal walks. The small town has plenty of shops, supermarkets, pubs and restaurants.
East Lothian has plenty to offer those visiting whether it is a short break or a week long holiday, for families and the independent traveller. A short walk into town, 5 minutes to the Glen golf course, 10 minutes to the Scottish Seabird Centre and harbour. Front garden with private parking, secluded garden to the rear with patio/lawn and direct access to the putting green and tennis courts.
Sleeps 5/6: 3 Bedrooms, Lounge, Kitchen, Dining area, Sunroom & two Bathrooms (one en-suite) plus additional downstairs toilet.
The ground floor comprises of a large sitting room with TV and bay window to take advantage of the breathtaking views, kitchen (front & back) with gas oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and pulley. Open plan dining area leads into a delightful sunroom with door out to private garden. Ground floor WC.
